1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Galaxy Freight Carriers' services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Agreement
All logistics services are subject to the consignment note (LR) issued by Galaxy Freight Carriers. The LR number constitutes the contract of carriage.
3. Liability
Galaxy Freight Carriers' liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the statutory limit, whichever is lower, subject to proof of loss or damage.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are not accepted: currency, jewellery, hazardous materials, live animals, prohibited/contraband goods, perishables without prior arrangement.
5. Delivery & Transit Time
Estimated transit times are indicative. Galaxy Freight Carriers is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, strikes, regulatory actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Claims & Disputes
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 7 days of delivery. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat courts.
7. Amendments
Galaxy Freight Carriers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
